FLYING IN THE MOURNES

Please be aware that over the next month or so, NI Water will be conducting an aerial survey by drone, at low level.  The device will be orange, with a fixed wing span of about a metre and flying at a speed of about 30mph.

The drone operator is David White.
His number 07738362742

He would appreciate a morning call from anyone proposing to fly in the Mournes so that there is no potential for conflict.

UHPC Annual Dinner 2017

A good time was had by all once again at the UHPC annual dinner at the Templeton Hotel, Templepatrick on Friday 7th April.

See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeoUbMoAEtc&feature=em-uploademail.

Good food, drink and conversation meant that the last of the stragglers did not leave until around midnight.

In the end 24 attended and since this included some wives/partners it was a bit disappointing that out of a club membership of around 60 we did not have more who were free to come along. Maybe next time.

Many thanks due to Eveleen McMaster for once again organising the whole thing and putting up with the frustrations of chasing people up.
